Joel Moody is pretty much one of those guys that’s good at everything he does, whether it’s riding, acting, or his latest foray…film making. While this may not be BMX specific (there is some BMX in Breaking The Loop), we’re down to support riders doing cool shit. Plus Chase Hawk acts in apparently, hah. I just rented it on Prime for $6 and will be watching tonight. I suggest you do the same.

A little bit about the film: Shot with a budget of 93K and produced in the Austin area, Breaking the Loop is a passion project I have been pursuing since the first draft in 2015. Total runtime is 1hr 32mins, Rated 18+. I funded the film with money I made editing and shooting videos, I starred in it, did all the editing, VFX and made all the music. Also, Chase Hawk’s acting debut is in Breaking the Loop.
