The Road 2 Recovery – Episode 2- Scotty Cranmer

When I see Scotty today, it's almost hard to remember everything he went through just three years ago. His positive mental attitude and willpower reigns supreme. This short piece by Road 2 Recovery is amazing and it's okay if you have to fight back the tears... Text R2R to 56512 to donate to Road 2 Recovery.

Random story: I actually drove by this place a few times in the last few months and it was super confusing to me. It looked like a BMX track, but it was obviously not finished and I couldn't really get a good look at it. Little did I know that it was an in-progress bike park that was free and open to the public. I headed out the grand opening for a little pre-session with the dudes and here's the raw cut along with a GoPro preview of the park thanks to Anthony Napoiltan and Justin Mclintock. If you're in the San Diego area, check out the Sweetwater Bike Park at 6065 San Miguel Rd, Bonita, CA. It's open from 9:30am to sunset. Fair warning, they don't allow pegs because of the nature of the way the place is made.

A video with no tricks? Basically. When I met up with Demarcus to do the Bunnyhop How-To video, we cruised downtown San Diego and it was such a fun little cruise literally bunny hopping as many things as possible that I figured I'd just throw it into a little edit. Obviously nothing serious by any means...hopefully you enjoy the vibe.

Chad Kerley & Mike Gray – Drop The Pin

Mike Gray was in town for a few days, so we organized a little DTP session for you guys with the Haro squad. Mike, Chad Kerley, Blake Peters (who was fresh off a broken wrist) and newcomer to the Haro team, Austyn Mcintosh, all dropped the pin in a bit of an industrial area in the middle of SD. It seemed pretty promising in the beginning, but we ended up being stuck on one side of the freeway and pedaling crazy far (the gopro actually died at a point, so it was even further than it looked) and got burnt out after a few spots. Nonethless, I think the squad pulled through...

"While the Mongoose BMX Team was in town for the Mongoose Am Jam in Tucson, Arizona, back in October, Kevin Peraza showed the team around the city riding some of his favorite spots from his youth. Watch as Kevin, Ben Wallace, Pat Casey, Nikita Ducarroz, Cam Peake and Greg Illingworth take on parks and ditches, and the desert heat that comes with it all!"

"You’d never guess it, some of the most perfectly sculpted trails are nestled deep in the Patagonian region of Argentina. Over the last 4 years Neuquén native Marian Arguedas has worked hard to host one of the most unique dirt events to be held in the world. When he’s not manicuring Dirt World Flypark, he’s teaching a Bmx school with all age levels and over 40 kids at the Dirt parks pump track and beginner jumps. If you’re a dirt jumper and you haven’t been here yet, you for sure need to add this place to your bucket list. Big thanks to Marian and the city of Neuquén for supporting Bmx and Dirt World Flypark." —Anthony Napolitan
