This episode of S&M‘s Factory Friday really hits home for me. Like many mid-schools riders, my mid-90’s BMX hero was Brian Castillo. And his section from S&M’s BMX Inferno was my roadmap to street riding at the time. And just like him, I rode the GT 4-piece bars (and I tried to find the Powerlite bars with the bent crossbar too, but no avail). Not soon after BMX Inferno, S&M and Castillo parted ways and Brian started Volume and Demolition. But now, almost 30 years later, things have gone full circle with Brian and S&M and they minted the occasion with a new Castillo V2 bar.
